The Stubborn Mule

We loved our experience here. It is a very down the earth place. The breakfast was delicious. I ordered the chicken fajita omelete but they were out of chicken, so I had the banana bread pancake, it was scrumptious. Because I don't eat pork, they were kind and served it with deli turkey, it could have been warm, but still was good. My husband had the farmers market omelet and asked to add sausage. He loved it too. It was all very simple and tasty. I recommend and shall be back for the Fajita omelet.

If you're looking for a down-home Mom and Pop type local restaurant then look no further. The food is delicious. The portions are large and the service is really good. We got the Country Fried Steak breakfast. It was really really good. We also got the Mixed Berry French Toast. It was loaded with a strawberry- cherry blend and whipped cream. Then sprinkled with cinnamon. It was fruity and yummy. A lot of locals are regulars here. The staff and owners are very welcoming and super nice.

We had a wonderful breakfast today at the Stubborn Mule. We had their make a combo breakfast. I had Two Eggs over medium, 2 Pancakes, Ham, and hash browns plus a side of toast. My wife had make it a combo with soft scrambled eggs, French Toast and Sausage Links.

What a great place for breakfast! Our veggie omelets were fantastic. Lots of flavor and the place was as cute as it could be. We were served fast. The waitress could smile more but other than that it was a great place. Excellent coffee by the way

Country bacon? Great service by local folks? Yes that's here at the stubborn mule! A good selection of every day breakfast options are available. However I was tickled they offered something you can't find everywhere peaches and cottage cheese as sides! The staff was delightful. I requested a booth the lovely manager put us on a list and found one eventually. I will definitely try the grits eventually. The ladies room was quite lovely aso. But I gotta say the sarcastic quote on my coffee cup the first visit had me giggling. But I come back for the flapjacks jacks.

I had the country fried steak and eggs breakfast with the gravy on the side. I asked for my eggs over medium and they were cooked perfectly. The hash browns were cooked well, they were crispy on one side. My wife ordered a cinnamon roll, which she said was good but not great. She ordered two eggs over medium with a side of bacon. Her eggs and bacon were cooked exactly as she asked. Our waitress was friendly attentive and made sure we were taken care of during our whole visit. I absolutely recommend the Stubborn Mule and if you haven't been suggest, you go down and give it a shot.

Everyone working was super friendly and our food was great! Service was surprisingly fast for how busy they were! Also seemed like even if the place is full to capacity, the turnover is really quick. Seemed like even in the busiest part of the day, the wait is only about 15 mins. We'll definitely be back!
